Uhm, can I ask something from you guys especially those people who have knowledge about medicine or what. Is it okay to take shower right after workout / exercise? If yes, why? Then, cold or warm? Mum screwed my wake up call.
Inaudible the whole day.
Got my Transcript of Records and Diploma.
Stayed at my former office in college.
Too sluggish to review for the Pre-Board.
Finally, I’d watched Skins Season 6.
Episode 2 is very heart breaking.

Had a very sluggish day.
Unable to read my unfinished 4th book for January.
Watched UAAP for the first time after I dunno years.
Backed up and retsored my Ipod.
